  1. Dehumanise your property. Believe it or not many buyers see their property not as bricks and mortar but like a member of their family. Something they have loved and taken care off and in-turn ahs taken care of them it is combined with memories, emotions and endless possibilities. This mentality acts as a hurdle to achieving your goals. It means you will never be satisfied and always believe your 'lovely home' deserves better! This will cause you to miss opportunity and dream about realities that do not exist instead of dealing with realities that exist to allow you to achieve your dreams!.........
